El amplio jardín tropical está completamente vallado y cuenta con espacio suficiente para aparcar tu coche de alquiler. En la planta baja hay tres amplios dormitorios dobles, cada uno con su propio baño privado de lujo. Todas las habitaciones tienen persianas de ventilación natural, lo que permite dormir sin aire acondicionado – ideal para quienes buscan una estancia más ecológica y sostenible.
Una cómoda escalera conduce a la primera planta, donde se encuentran el acogedor salón, la moderna cocina abierta y la piscina. El salón cuenta con una agradable zona de estar, televisor y excelente conexión Wi-Fi en toda la villa.
La cocina está completamente equipada con isla de cocina, horno, lavavajillas, nevera con dispensador de hielo, cafetera Nespresso y mucho más. A través de las puertas correderas se accede a la amplia terraza cubierta con mesa de comedor, desde donde se puede disfrutar de una bonita vista de la piscina y del vecindario. La piscina tiene un banco integrado, perfecto para relajarse con una bebida dentro del agua.
Detrás de la villa se encuentran dos apartamentos totalmente equipados para dos personas (Apartamento Lulupeach y Lulukiwi), que pueden alquilarse según disponibilidad. Así, la propiedad puede alojar hasta 10 personas, ideal para familias o grupos de amigos que deseen privacidad y confort.

"This house is just a short walk to the beach, shops, grocery store and restaurants. The house is great. There are two other rentals on the property. I wish I had known that before renting. There were no issues, just would have liked to be informed. AC is only in the bedrooms. Also was surprised that we had an electricity usage limit. Any amount over and the funds were removed out of our deposit. We didn’t know that ahead of time."
"This villa in the Jan Thiel area was an absolute gem! The location was perfect—within walking distance to the Van den Tweel supermarket, Jan Thiel Beach, and just a short drive to Tugboat Beach, which we found to be the best snorkeling spot on the island. The underwater scenery was breathtaking, and the laid-back vibe made it one of our favorite stops in Curaçao.The villa itself had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The second-floor patio with the pool was a highlight, offering great views and serving as a wonderful common area for everyone to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze. Whether we were cooling off in the pool during the hot afternoons or unwinding with a drink in the evening, it was the perfect spot to gather.The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. One of the small but much-appreciated gestures was allowing us to drop off our bags before check-in so we could start exploring stress-free.Overall, this villa provided a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, well-equipped stay in Curaçao!"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The true gem is the outdoor space with the cabana and pool - it was super comfortable and very relaxing. While only the bedrooms downstairs are air-conditioned, we were nervous that it would be hot upstairs. With the windows open it was very nice and not an issue. The proximity to downtown Jan Thiel can't be beat- we visited the restaurants there quite a bit for lunch/dinner. The beach is also very nice. Highly recommend."
