Le grand jardin tropical entièrement clôturé offre beaucoup d’espace pour garer votre voiture de location. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez trois grandes chambres doubles, chacune avec une salle de bain privée luxueuse. Toutes les chambres disposent de volets à persiennes pour une ventilation naturelle, ce qui permet de dormir sans climatisation – parfait pour un séjour durable et respectueux de l’environnement.
Un escalier confortable mène au premier étage, où se trouvent le salon chaleureux, la cuisine ouverte haut de gamme et la piscine. Le salon est équipé d’un coin détente agréable, d’une télévision et d’une excellente connexion Wi-Fi disponible dans toute la villa.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée : îlot de cuisson, four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec distributeur de glaçons, machine Nespresso et bien plus encore – cuisiner ici devient un vrai plaisir ! Par les portes-fenêtres, vous accédez à la grande terrasse couverte avec table à manger, d’où vous profitez d’une belle vue sur la piscine et le quartier. La piscine comprend un banc intégré, parfait pour se détendre avec un verre à la main.
Derrière la villa se trouvent deux appartements indépendants de deux personnes chacun (Appartement Lulupeach & Lulukiwi), disponibles à la location selon disponibilité. Vous pouvez ainsi séjourner jusqu’à 10 personnes – idéal pour les familles ou groupes d’amis recherchant confort et intimité.
La plage de Jan Thiel, avec ses restaurants, supermarché, salle de sport et clubs de plage, est accessible à pied. Tout est réuni pour des vacances parfaites à Curaçao !

"This house is just a short walk to the beach, shops, grocery store and restaurants. The house is great. There are two other rentals on the property. I wish I had known that before renting. There were no issues, just would have liked to be informed. AC is only in the bedrooms. Also was surprised that we had an electricity usage limit. Any amount over and the funds were removed out of our deposit. We didn’t know that ahead of time."
"This villa in the Jan Thiel area was an absolute gem! The location was perfect—within walking distance to the Van den Tweel supermarket, Jan Thiel Beach, and just a short drive to Tugboat Beach, which we found to be the best snorkeling spot on the island. The underwater scenery was breathtaking, and the laid-back vibe made it one of our favorite stops in Curaçao.The villa itself had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The second-floor patio with the pool was a highlight, offering great views and serving as a wonderful common area for everyone to relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze. Whether we were cooling off in the pool during the hot afternoons or unwinding with a drink in the evening, it was the perfect spot to gather.The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. One of the small but much-appreciated gestures was allowing us to drop off our bags before check-in so we could start exploring stress-free.Overall, this villa provided a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, well-equipped stay in Curaçao!"
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The true gem is the outdoor space with the cabana and pool - it was super comfortable and very relaxing. While only the bedrooms downstairs are air-conditioned, we were nervous that it would be hot upstairs. With the windows open it was very nice and not an issue. The proximity to downtown Jan Thiel can't be beat- we visited the restaurants there quite a bit for lunch/dinner. The beach is also very nice. Highly recommend."
